Another glorious day here and I couldn't resist another open water sea swim.

I had some new goggles to try out as well and didn't want to wear them for the first time during my race on Sunday so there was only one thing for it. A nice easy 1km swim in the sunshine.

Conditions were perfect for a beautiful little cruise along the coast. A perfect way to relax after a 4 mile run.
